Woningmarktcijfers 4e kwartaal 2019 NVM Afdeling Haaglanden

De aanhoudende krapte op de woningmarkt beperkt de keuze voor grote groepen kopers! Toevoegen van woningen is de enige oplossing!
 
In het 4e kwartaal van 2019 is de woningmarkt verder verkrapt. Er staan minder woningen te koop en minder woningen worden te koop gezet. De prijzen stijgen wel, mede door de grote vraag. De voorraad nieuwbouwwoningen neemt nog wel toe, waarschijnlijk prijzen zij zichzelf uit de markt.
