What started as a small office in 2001, turned into a full-service, all-round real estate brokerage firm. In the international city of Delft and its surroundings, we service both businesses and consumers alike. We help to find, buy, sell and let perfect homes and business properties. And we do it passionately, openly and honestly.
While we maintain an informal style of communication, we meticulously work on every aspect of our profession. This means, for instance, that we obtain every single bit of background information out there and that we are emphatic to the contexts of our clients.
We see it as our job to offer you all information you need to make proper ultimate decisions. To keep you informed of all developments, the pros and cons and provide you with reasoned opinions is to offer good advice. Whether from a practical or legal perspective, we answer your questions and help you assess likely obstacles and opportunities.

We are located in a beautiful canal house on the Oude Delft 103 (and 101) on the corner of the Binnenwatersloot.
A beautiful corner on the main canal where we welcome you in a modern style with old details on an excellent location!
Not just an office, but a really nice place for ourselves from which we can work with a calm head and pleasure. Ideally located on the corner a longside the main canal, at 400 m from the trainstation.
We have got a living green wall, sheepskin slidingdoor, pinball machine and many more cheerful additions.
