You contact us via this website, mail or phone so we can record the needed data. You can also easily make the valuation request via the online application. Within two days after visiting the property you receive the appraisal report.
Your report is emailed within 4 days after inspection of the house. The report meets all requirements set by the banks and insurance companies.
If you requested a NWWI valuation, the report is drafted electronically and put in a secure database.We will then send you a code, with which you can acces your appriasal via www.nwwi.nl. You can use the code provided to your lender or a mortgage broker so they can acces the appraisal report.
It is designed by NWWI against valuation fraud and it is mandatory for nearly all home appraisals. You pay a contribution to the NWWI which is separately specified and to paid to NWWI by us.
