Technopolis

Technopolis is currently realized, there are already a headquarters of 3M and exactly as well as a complex of Deltares, NMI and the university.

The total area of Technopolis is 240 000 m2. A science park aimed at high-tech companies, R & D departments and startup programs. No industrial estate, but a site with a high-quality appearance in a knowledge intensive environment. Lots of green and sustainability of paramount importance, such as energy from cold and heat storage (WKO).

Science Port Holland - Technopolis is being developed by Science Port Holland NV, a regional collaborative partnership between the Cities of Rotterdam and Delft and Delft University of Technology. Together, they are working to promote the region as an attractive business location for knowledge-intensive companies.
