Na de bezichtiging dient u ons ook weer per e-mail te laten weten of u daadwerkelijk interesse heeft om de woning te huren. Wij zullen uw verzoek aan de verhuurder voorleggen.

Indien u na de bezichtiging de wonen wenst te huren dient u onderstaande documenten per e-mail (info@bjornd.nl) bij ons aan te leveren:
1. kopie loonstrook evenals arbeidscontract en, indien mogelijk, werkgeversverklaring
2. volledig ingevulde en ondertekende intentieverklaring (zit in brochure) waarbij u tevens aangeeft in welk specifiek adres u interesse heeft

Indien de verhuurder akkoord gaat zullen wij een huurcontract opstellen conform model Raad van Onroerende Zaken. Wij zullen deze per email aan u toesturen ter goedkeuring, vervolgens zullen wij een afspraak voor ondertekening inplannen alsmede een afspraak voor de opleveringsinspectie van de door u gehuurde woning (u ontvangt dan van ons de sleutel)

If you wish to rent the property after the viewing, you must submit the following documents to us by e-mail (info@bjornd.nl):
1. Copy of pay slip as well as employment contract and, if possible, employer's statement
2. fully completed and signed declaration of intent (included in brochure) where you also indicate which specific address you are interested in.


If the landlord agrees, we will draw up a rental contract in accordance with the Real Estate Council model. We will send this to you by email for approval, after which we will schedule an appointment for signing as well as an appointment for the delivery inspection of the property you rented (you will then receive the key from us)
